WHAT TO BRING:
Planning ahead ensures a smooth and enjoyable trip. To make sure you have everything you need, we’ve compiled a list of essential items to bring along. Whether you're hitting the beach, exploring the area, or just relaxing, these items will help you stay comfortable and prepared. Some things might not be easily available locally, so it’s best to pack them before you leave. Here's your essential packing list:
Water Shoes: Essential for getting in and out of the ocean. These protect your feet from sharp and slippery rocks. Do not expect to buy these on the coast; availability is limited in our small community. Flip flops are not sufficient for navigating the rocky shoreline.
Flip Flops: Convenient for casual wear around the accommodation and short walks around the property. Easy to slip on and off, perfect for a relaxed day at the many nearby lakes.
Inside Slippers: Comfortable footwear for indoor use. Ideal for keeping your feet warm and clean inside the cabin or rental property.
Life Jackets: Safety first! Ensure you have enough life jackets for everyone in your group. Check with us on the number you require; availability depends on your group size. Life jackets are mandatory for any water activities.
Day Clothes, Bathing Suits, PJs: Pack a variety of clothing for different activities. Day clothes for exploring the area, bathing suits for swimming and water sports, and pyjamas for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Toiletries: Bring all your personal hygiene items, including toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and any other essentials. Remember to pack any medications you might need.
Water/SPF Shirts: Protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays with water-resistant SPF shirts. These are perfect for swimming, kayaking, or any other outdoor activities.
Sunscreen: Essential for sun protection. Opt for a high SPF, ocean-safe, and water-resistant formula to keep your skin safe while enjoying outdoor activities. Remember to reapply frequently, especially after swimming.
Water Bottles: Stay hydrated! Bring reusable water bottles to fill up throughout the day. Staying hydrated is crucial, especially during hot weather and physical activities.
